The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a powerful moment of light, growth, and transformation. It reminds us of the balance between light and dark, action and rest, expansion and reflection. The solstice teaches us to stand in our light, to honor how far we’ve come, and to trust our journey. Even as the days slowly begin to shorten after this peak, we are invited to carry this brightness within.
